I'm so surprised people are still paranoid about multiple-clicking.

As near as I can tell, some of us are joining forces for a cause, with the understanding that those clickers will help us on our cause in the future. I am personally glad to see a different charity win each week, and not the same one over and over. In a one week session, I myself have hopped between 3 different causes. Usually I am lining up with 1 of the top 2 in order to help my favorite win, and then I visit and click later on in other sites that I want to keep in the top ten spots or, in general, just keep on the list so as to raise awareness for them.

I have been treated rudely for expressing my opinions in the chat, but not by cp, hrh, or any of the people Chris mentions.

Too bad everyone is taking this so seriously. It is not as if there are HUGE amounts of money riding on it or anything. Also, I have noticed that sometimes the ones who are the most active in promoting their cause are not necessarily the same ones who are putting up any money. Although, in all fairness, maybe they just don't have $10 to spare and this is their only way of trying to contribute to a charity. I don't know.

In the spirit of charity, though, maybe our thoughts about others should be more in alignment....

I'm sorry, Marc, but judging from the voting so far this week as compared with last week your site is being manipulated by one or more participants who have learned a way to exploit a cheat that I do not have access to. All things being unfair I'm done here.

You know, IDC if CP wants to clone itself a billion times to carry out their personal anti-animal activist agenda. It realizes that the few hundred for charities it isn't supporting are real and someone cares about them. Maybe someday it will extend its circle of compassion to include members of other species. If that ever happens, its enthusiasm and ability to exploit technology will be a tremendous asset.
IDK what harm it does to shamelessly promote its pet causes as long as it hasn't learned a way to remove votes for my pet cause. Apparently it's too much work for it to push EVERYONE who disagrees with it off the top 10. We can still win recognition for our chariites and trust that the CP virus will tire of this project.

Wow, this is even going on here!! All I have to say is even if CP was cheating (which I'm sure he's not) look at who contributes the most! I know not everyone has the money to contribute which includes myself but CP is the one who does even though he doesn't have to! He comes because he cares and I'm sure he doesn't want to fight with you.

I frankly don't care what is interestingor tiring to you, CP. You myteriously came up with an instantaneous "clicking team" that appears to all come and go at very similar times, when for months this wasn't the case. You're the one who brought up the notion of false accounts, which you say are only for names, but depending on one's knowledge of technology, it's likely possible for someone to be able to rig the system for it to be able to vote several times in a 5 minute period.

Stop being so melodramatic. Anytime someone says something you don't like or agree with, you call it "hate". That's ridiculous. As I said before, you are the one who first started talking about hate and revenge on V4C, and you are the one who has had multiple spats with multiple people on V4C. I hate to see how you deal with real life, if you have this much trouble on a cyber voting site.

You aren't the only one responsible for Marc ignoring the site, I'm sure, but you certainly no doubt contributed to it as you tried to boss him around and tell him how to run his site so that it would suit you better.

Knock yourself out posting all the essays you want telling everyone exactly what positions the groups you voted for ended up in each round, complete with the accompanying exact number of votes, but I'm baffled as to why you would do so. It's one thing if there was a close competition, like in the old days, and someone asks to know the final position that a particular group ended up in, but you seem obsessed with letting everyone know how YOUR groups ended up, round after round. Very odd.

"Discussion ended, because without any sense!" Um, there you go again, CP, being bossy and controlling......

@ Chris S:

Feel free to think what ever you want ... It's not interesting to me. Place your hate postings here in the blog or whoever you want, you are just tiring.

An account is just a name. Like CP, Kelfresh, Chris S. But even if I can create names like CP1 to CP10 and register them all for chatting I still can vote only one time per 5 minutes ...

Of course I have to feel responsible, that you can not register for chatting *LoL*

I feel free to post essays round after round how I like to do. I will definetly ask you or any other person here for permission.

"Finally, I can assure you, I am not “your dear”."
Correct, you aren't ...

A lot of people on V4C are in the same time zone. That doesn't mean they coincidentally show up day after day after day at the same time en masse. Plus, "The German Clicking Team" seemed to suddenly assemble out of thin air, after months of you being on V4C for endless hours everyday. You were the one you said: "Every person can create dozen of account entrys". That's news to me. Precisely how do you do that, CP?

I don't know Kelfresh, and Kelfresh doesn't know me, so I don't know why you are so presumptive as to refer to him and I as friends. I respect him for speaking out against your self-serving, self-important behavior. I am unable to get registered to chat --- thanks in part to you, methinks, because of your constant complaining to Marc, who now seems to ignore this site --- so I have never communicated one word to Kelfresh.

I have been voting for V4C for several months (although not every round, and usually only a handful of votes per day). In fact, I sometimes was voting for the same causes as you. Who, besides you, has had so many different run-ins with so many different voters at so many different points in time at V4C?

Like Chris K., I used to think that you had integrity, but you seem to take V4C far, far to seriously, and your competitiveness seems to have sent you over the deep end. You were the one who first started talking about "hate" and "revenge" on V4C. If you're not reading threads at work, then how do you know to inform someone who has asked you a question that you're in "quiet mode" at work?

You are TOO funny, CP, although I sadly don't think you are trying to be. Of course *I* am not the policeman of V4C. You have self-appointed yourself to that position. I mean honestly, the day I first wrote to this blog, you were giving "up-to-the-minute" posts of how many people were voting at which site, what the running totals were, where you were dispersing your supposed "German Clicking Team" next, etc., etc. Creepy, creepy, creepy. Your latest obsession is now to write an essay after each round, telling everyone the final vote counts and the placement order of the groups that you were voting for. Who, besides you, cares?

Finally, I can assure you, I am not "your dear".

Hi Chris S,

what's your problem ???

My team is in the same time zone. We are voting together before and after working and at the weekends.

In my office I'am voting (not every 5 minutes) but neither chatting or reading threads.

Don't worry about my life. Fortunately I have a lot of friends who even give me a helpful hand for v4c.

Your friend Kelfresh and his followers are voting for OS, AS, Care, AF and BFC. We are voting for ASH, PCRM and NRDC.

HRH and I had some diferent point of views one time 3 months ago, but we have managed to overcome it.

You are not the policeman of v4c, my dear ...

Marc obviously has V4C on autopilot, as I still haven't my registration to chat approved, and can therefore only post to the blog.

Very shameful of you, CP. I can assure you that I am an independent voter from Kelfresh, Chris K, Animal, and anyone else who you've accused of being the same person.

YOU seem to be the one who is "up" on how to open multiple fake accounts. Hmnnnnn, isn't it terribly convenient that the "German Clicking Team" shows up en masse day after day, all at around the same time?????? Wow, that's not too suspicious, is it, CP?

I wonder what your employer would think if they knew that you were so obsessed with V4C that you devote a ridiculous amount of your work day "monitoring," clicking, and reading chat. It says a lot about your work ethic, and your ethics in general.

Really, CP, do yourself and everyone else a favor, and get a life outside of V4C. It has obviously taken over your life, and you and your, ahem, German Clicking Team, are being bullies to the site. It's one thing to concentrate on one cause and run its total up, but to vote en masse for so many causes concurrently wrecks it for everyone else, which I guess is your goal since you seem so full of misplaced anger and revenge.

And hrh, you've done your share of spreading negativity on V4C, so stop with your phony indignation. In fact you were the one whining about CP way back in April on the Operation Homefront site --- I believe you said "whatever enjoyment i had here is gone, thanks to you [CP]". My, how ironic.
